I agree in general with the reviews on here. Communication was almost non-existent; I had to contact them all the time and they never returned calls. When I did call, the conveyancer was rarely there, usually I spoke with her secretary. When I did speak to the conveyancer, she was rude over the phone to me! Everything proceeded at snail’s pace, except when it came to settling my bill - that went through instantly! Would NOT recommend to other users.
