Would not recommend to anyone. Jacqui French will ignore, hang up and berate you on the phone. She says one thing and on realising that she was in the wrong she hangs up and pretends to be busy when you call back.
Wouldn't trust her to complete anything for me.

I wholeheartedly recommend French and Co to all. Mrs Saroj Kapoor has dealt with our case with the utmost professionalism and patience. She has made herself available and easily accessible to deal with all our enquiries (which were so many!) throughout our case, where me and my family felt much supported. We have previously dealt with other legal companies and have found that the support, clear communication and care offered by French and Co truly makes it stand out from many others. Overall, Mrs. Saroj Kapoor and her team have my full confidence and I am certain that they provide the same quality of service in all of their cases.

I would like to recommend French &Co solicitors Notingham. Mrs Saroj Kapoor was brilliant and very professional when dealing with my case. She was very understanding and genuinely interested in helping me. I have been dealing with her since 2009 when a solicitor in London messed my case. Saroj took over and supported me all the way. She explained all the steps very clearly . Saroj also helped my husband and my children with their immigration matters. She has been a brilliant support to all my family. I could not thank her enough. I would highly recommend her services to all.

I am writing this review to help others avoid French & co solicitors especially Saroj Kapoor. She is unprofessional, rude, not caring about her clients, not communicating, poor service, lack of information in her job. Racist and not respecting immigrants.
Don’t repeat my bad experience.!

The service I got was first class service from one of your staff ; Sarooj Kapool who did my indefinite stay 2008 and because she was excellent after ten years I came back to her again for my citizenship which I got in 2018 and now am looking at buying property and I want a quote for conveyancing and French and co is my first choice, so I will recommend French&co to others.
