This is the second property I have bought using Frisby and Small, Darshna who has dealt with both of these for me has been fantastic! I cannot praise her enough. The first property sailed through and was very straight forward. The second one however has been somewhat of a nightmare. If it wasn't for Darshna I think the whole thing would have fell apart. Her empathy and professional manor makes her stand out from the crowd.

Absolutely amazing service I received from Darshna and the team. Very competitive in price and professional throughout. Darshna communicated with me continuously.
The purchase went through according to plan, with slight delay due to the pandemic.
Would highly recommend this company.
I am also going to use their Will service.

Mr Crowson is incompetent. He advised that he could secure a right of way on a house that I was considering buying. When it came to the crunch (after I had bought the property), the Land Registry refused to register the right of way. He cost me £60k

I have used Frisby & Small for a number of years, mainly in property related matters. However, more recently they assisted me with a consumer rights matter. I primarily deal with Anjali, and Andrew. They have been nothing short of exceptional, and are a breath of fresh air. They're very friendly and approachable, and offer reasonable rates. Unlike most solicitors, it's never too much trouble to have a quick chat about something on the telephone with them without incurring massive expenses.
