I have found G M Hewett trough an online agency and I choose her services for the impressive turnaround time he answered my query.
When she gives you a phone number it is the one she can be reached EVERY SINGLE TIME, no exceptions, and she might ask for some time to do research but her advise is always, clear, consequent and her work impecable towards her clients benefit.
During my house purchase I have found that she has used all the tools available to spped up the process (I have been called by the real estate agents to "complain" that she is too "pushy" - to which I responded, by telling the agent that this is precisely I have asked her to do :)
A few days before the exchange I had my deposit stolen from by bank - due to a serious online security lack and bank fraud and she has excelled in providing me with advise and handling the sellers while I got my money returned to me, and than with full steam orchestrated the exchange and closing in matter of days.
I would highly recommend her to anybody, who is looking for a solicitor who is responsible, clean spoken, but does a detailed research and is absolutely reliable.
5 stars and the best experience I had.
