We are a relatively small facilities company which had one of our contracts terminated from a very high profile national Trust … We received explanations in crystal clear terms helped considerably easier to comprehend and also the fact that he was at the end of the telephone 24/7 at crucial times was very reassuring especially as this was an unknown territory and very stressful time for us… The upshot being after only one letter and several emails we were offered a considerable out of court settlement, and cannot thank Leigh enough for his expertise and guidance. I firmly believe that with Gillhams' considerable knowledge, superb strategy and the way in which they handled our case – we were able to win and settle this case within days keeping litigation costs to a minimum. The firm has my vote and I highly recommend them.
