I felt compelled to leave a review after reading the awful review someone had left this solicitors.
Our experience was completely opposite to previous reviewer.
Gilroy Steele were incredible. We had a difficult seller who used an even more difficult solicitor and an appalling sales agent.
Gilroy. Our solicitor, Claire Page and her assistants Jo and Caroline went beyond the call of duty to ensure our sale and purchase ran as smoothly as possible. Even when we were abroad for 2 months, Ms Page continued to update us at each stage.

These solicitors caused me hell for over 7 months with their negligent and obstructive behaviour. When I complained, they ignored it and said I had a grievance with the buyer. A lie, of course. I remain on excellent terms with the buyer and were it not for this and us pushing the sale through togther we would both be homeless. They should be truly ashamed of thier conduct.
