As with previous comments started off well but quickly went down hill, only interested in taking my money then offering no help takes ages to email and respond passed from pillar to post and very ignorant, cant wait to get you off the phone and offer no after help or guidance
I will never recommend anyone use this solicitor be warned!!

All started well and the company were happy to take on my purchase. However things quickly went downhill with emails not being answered, telephone calls not producing any answers to questions and to add insult to injury, an additional fee being added to my account for "excessive demands". These "excessive demands" included asking what was happening with my purchase and asking the solicitors to chase things up. This was deemed by them as asking them to priorities my case and asking too much of them.
I wouldn't recommend using GLP (the Pendlebury branch at least) as they were very unhelpful, quite rude sometimes and didn't seem to care at all.
