Avoid at all costs. The service was appalling. No information was forthcoming as to how things were progressing. They were informed of a possible breakdown in the house chain by a client of their sister company in Wakefield and the information was not past on and the chain collapsed on the day of the move. It was a nightmare from start to finish and we paid for the house purchase which did not happen. Very amateurish in their approach and you, as the customer, was made to feel like a nuisance when all you want is to be given information about what was going on. Luckily we found a different solicitor who was able to complete our new purchase in less that 12 weeks. Avoid at all costs
