A truly heart breaking experience. Lack of attention to detail, unbelievable paperwork generated resulting in unbelievable bills.
The final bill was 650% over their quote...is this a record.
Complaint are either ignored or dealt with complete distain, ignoring many salient issues. Incredible arrogance. Their reply to my complaint was even addressed to the wrong person and they quoted correspondence from 2028 !

Completely agree. Not only do they pass you from pillar to post and ignore emails and phone calls (which they then bill extra when you chase up), they charge way over their original quotes and their complaints handler is farcical at best! Avoid at all costs!
