Avoid at all costs. Having worked with dozens of law firms over the years this has to be my wost experience. I wish I had checked their reviews prior. Have cost me tens of thousands with their negligent actions

Very very disappointed and disgusted with this firm.service very poor no updates .just bills every other month but don’t really know what for 15 month on and not one answer just bills gave them every information for the case nothing back in return . very un professional up to date about £4.000

I would never recommend them to anyone

Service was apalling. Attention to details poor. Sent items to a Pursuer and did not copy to her own client, namely me, the Defender. Submitted items to court but did not add them to the case files or copy them to her own client. When challenged about some of these failures the company withdrew its representation and also failed to answer communications and blocked emails. Subject to an upcoming complaint to the Scottish Legal Complaint Commission. Charged £185 per hour, apparently without any accountability for mistakes. Demanded I pay a final £1500 bill before they would release case files for an imminent court action and then the case files turned out to be incomplete. This is my worst ever experience of any solicitor, and most expensive. My judgement based on her handling of my affairs is that Amanda Masson is barely competent as a solicitor and the firm does not measure up to the claim on their website

Advice from me is do not touch this law firm with the proverbial bargepole and do not believe the above claims unless you know better.
