I was given this firms telephone number by the Law Society.
Hillary was emphatic, kind, practical and very sensible in her approach.
She took the time to listen, to make suggestions and made me feel that she really understood my position even though she made it clear early on in our conversation that she was unable to represent me due to the nature of my enquiry.
She gave me her time willingly and freely as she was unable to make any financial gain from our conversation.
