Very professional and quick service!

I could not have chosen a better practice to assist me with my employment settlement. Hatton James are an absolute pleasure to deal with and dealt with things quickly and efficiently. Excellent example of how solicitors should deal with their clients.

I contacted Hatton James Legal late in the evening when I was in dire need of some legal advice. I got an instant answer to my questions and was asked if I was available for a meeting the next day.

I was guided through the details of my case in a very friendly and supportive manner. The response time to any queries I had was very quick and efficient which really helped during what was an incredibly stressful time.

If you need an employment lawyer I would definitely recommend Hatton James Legal!

From my first contact with Hatton James Legal I knew that I was in safe hands. Gareth Davies offered me confidence, transparency, reassurance and very sound advice. This was continued throughout my case.

I am very grateful for the way in which Gareth and HJL handled every scenario in a drawn out process. Not only on the "legal side" of things, but also assuring me through stressful and difficult situations.

Can not thank the Team at Hatton James Legal enough for their help and support in a recent employment issue.
Fast efficient service, excellent communications, top customer service.
They are very accommodating and thoughtful with their patience and understanding and explanations, especially since I have never needed legal advice before and most if it was jargon to me!

I started the conversation with them through the chat box on their website, and despite it being late at night, Gareth responded straight away!
So no matter the time of day, they are there to help you!

From my first communications via 'chat' when I didn't know whether I had a case, I have felt totally at ease with all at Hatton James and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Everything was explained from costs and procedures to possible time scales so there was never any surprises apart from the settlement that I received which far exceeded any of my expectations.

The solicitors at Hatton James managed to reassure me from the very first conversation that I had with them. I found them to be extremely professional and proficient, but also kind and empathic during an extremely difficult time for me professionally. To me it wasn't about the money, more about bringing others to account, and they succeeded in doing this in a short amount of time. I can't thank them enough.

I recently had cause to seek legal advice. and decided Hatton James Legal would be an appropriate starting point. I did not need to look any further. From the outset HJL proved to be the embodiment of a thoroughly professional business which expertly and quickly guided me through the details of my enquiry. My situation was resolved by them with amazing speed and commitment and very cost effective. They exceeded my expectations by a considerable margin. Their communications with me were speedy and succinct. I found the whole experience of working with them very reassuring. I would use HJL again on a personal and business basis.
