I had a very negative experience with Hatton James. They were not prompt in responding to e-mails and when on the phone it appeared that there was always an argument in the background. Whilst I cannot fault their legal advice, I nevertheless got a negative feel and did not feel 'cared for' or 'looked after'.

Otherwise we thank all our clients for their tolerance whilst we’re on lockdown due to Covid-19.
