The service was thorough and professional.

I made an enquire on line and received a phone call with in 30 mins to discuss. I then received emails with information they requested, a meeting was a arranged. While awaiting information from my employer Alyssa was wonderful in chasing up and re arranging to ensure the call went smoothly. Jaspal was then extremely thorough in explaining the agreement and next steps. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs help with employment law

These Solicitors were absolutely brillant from the moment I made my first enquiry. I had called around many solicitors and many felt like it was just transactional, I was looking for a Solicitor who would put my mind at ease, helped me understand the full extend of my situation as it was quite complicated in my opinon, however the solicitor broke down everything, helped me understand the clauses and most importantly put my mind at ease. Highly recommend this law firm as your Employee Laywers of choice. Fees were also very reasonable

Hatton James have supported me through two processes linked to my employment. The service was excellent, they were honest but also supportive through what were two very difficult situations for me. Their advice was excellent and made me feel reassured throughout. They were very responsive and pricing was as I would have expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will do should any friends or family ever need advice on employment matters.

Great Job! From the booking process with the lady over the phone to the call I had with the lawyer was splendid. Lawyer took his time to explain each paragraph in the doc (I must admit it was quite a lengthy doc). Thank you guys for coming through at such short notice.

Very good. Teams meeting. You pay for them to hear your problem and give you the strategy. They will tell you everything you need to know. No hidden fees.
They take the time to understand even very unusual cases (like mine), to explain you all the legal options before the next step if you want to.
I Strongly recommend Hatton James Legal Solicitor for your employment legal cases. Even if you have issue working as a freelancer.

Throughout what coronavirus has turned into a rather protracted process, the advice I received from Gareth, Jenny and Jaspal was both informed and professional. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble for them, and I am confident that the deal which was eventually agreed with my former employer was the best possible for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody who was unfortunate enough to be in the same situation that I found myself in.

I would highly recommend Hatton James Legal for anyone seeking employment advice. They had my back from day 1 right through to the tribunal outcome.
Challenging you employers is stressful, gruelling and can put you in a very vulnerable position. However, the guys at Hatton James were professional, understanding and patient,always a phone call away regardless of the day or time. Where do i start? Well all i can say is that Hatton James legal is the most honest, efficient, hard working and most friendliest firm that i have ever employed.
The level of excellence is outstanding, from initial contact all the way down to final result. In my mind 5 stars simply isn't enough. The time-frame in which my case was completed and resolved in was phenomenal. Before approaching Hatton James, i had given my case to a different firm and was left in the dark for over 10 months, costing me a fortune and a complete waste of my time. However after being referred by a friend (who also said that this is the best company to employ), my case has been resolved in a matter of weeks and the level of detail that my case handler had put into the work to achieve the outcome has left me happier than ever. Thank you Hatton James, i will be using you again in the future if the need arises and certainly be referring you to anyone that i cross paths with. Keep up the fantastic work.

I chose Hatton James on the basis of a helpful blog post on this site. It was a fast and efficient experience - I had a meeting a few hours after contacting them, and the case was essentially completed within two days. My advisor was clearly very knowledgeable in employment law and able to explain points in plain language. Communications were prompt and clear, and I got a good outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Speed of communication, both with me and my employers was excellent. I found all members of the organisation to be approachable, accessible, and when dealing with me, were both honest and able to speak 'jargon free'. On the last point though, it was clear to me that everyone was very knowledgeable and this helped in achieving a good outcome for me.

I recently found myself in s dispute over some goods purchased from BHS just before they went into administration. When I went to return these goods I found myself in a predicament as they refused the return and I had no idea of my legal rights. I had a chat with Gareth and within minutes he gave me all the advice I needed and clarified my legal rights which then gave me the confidence to go back and discuss this with BHS who then gave me a full refund (I don't think this would be the case had I not known my rights). I can't thank Gareth enough for his invaluable knowledge and very timely turnaround - I would definitely recommend Hatton James professional and friendly service.

I recently found myself in a situation with my employer where I was being forced out with a settlement agreement offer, I am currently heavily pregnant and requested both Gareth and Jaspal to assist me with the agreement small print. I was pleased with the level of commitment and determination received from the firm. The negotiation of the final sum was almost doubled and both Gareth and Jaspal advised me professionally when the offer was at it's highest watermark.

Gareth and Jaspal have just brought the most horrendous two years of my life to a conclusion. I can honestly say, there is no way I would have been able to take the action I have without them. Right from my very first meeting I knew I had made the right choice, having no idea what to do a close friend recommended Hatton James to me. They have been absolutely brilliant. I have been expertly guided every step of the way, nothing has been too much trouble, their communication has been exceptional, I have laughed and cried and have not once felt I cannot approach them for help or advice. Everything is explained clearly and concisely and in my case on some occasions more than once. The service they provide is priceless, they are worth every penny and more.
