Thank you for representing me during my break up with my partner. Needless to say this was very painful, stressful and bewildering time for me especially since I have never been through a "break up" before and was totally unaware of the protocol or procedures involved.
You were very informative, understanding and showed a great deal of patience, whilst understanding my case with a great deal of professionlism, strength and discretion.
Over the course of the next year or so whilst we dealt with various court appearances I came to realise that you are someone who is hard-working, professional, reliable and trustworthy as well as being a warm, open and friendly person.
