Our sincere thanks to Kiri Kkoshi and her team for their help with the sale of our late mother's property. This was not an easy time for my family, and the sale itself was somewhat painful - but we were helped immeasurably by Kiri's efficient and professional service, as well as by her sensitive and understanding manner. Recently used Healys to buy and sell my properties as well as purchase a Will. Fantastic service from start to completion. £2500 for conveyancing transaction. Missed key points in transaction despite enhanced survey (potentially costing me tens of thousands) and did not show willing to resolve issues when raised at the conclusion of transaction. Will not advise anyone to use them.

Very poor service. They acted for my lender Kent Relliance and put negative pledge to my business account and result in my account closure. This is really disgusting.

Avoid this firm at all costs!!! Terrible service- I contacted the owner to complain and his reply was dismissive and still not helpful at all
Documents lost in the mail, years waiting to have something done that should have been already done during the initial process - completely incompetent !!! Avoid!!!

The best solicitor in the UK Daniel Winslow ,he is the only one can solve unsolvable problem ,he is the most clever, gold hearted,and extremely experienced and knowledgeable in his profession and very fair regarding the fee , I strongly recommend this amazing wonderful solicitor to everyone ,I had very complicated case that other solicitors couldn't solve my problem for one and a half year but Daniel Winslow just with one session knew what to do.i have no doubt he is the only one can solve the most difficult and complicated cases in very short period.God bless him

Avoid Healys conveyancing!!
Currently using Healy's to purchase a property which was promised to be turned around in 4-6 weeks. Now I know that the process on a whole is stressful with regards to local authorities/banks etc. But trying to contact our conveyancer at Healys is almost impossible and when you do, nothing has been progressed with. If you leave a voicemail you may get an email a couple of hours later, they never seem to be able to answer any questions or have the common decency to reply to your message in a timely manner. Save your money, time, patience and use someone else.
