No stars. But the system would not let me put thaBEt
They wouldn't return calls over a house problem,, and when I had a meeting with them they said, Yes there was a problem, and to get it sorted I should go to another solicitor.
I'm so glad I did an audio recording of the meeting.
They were ordered to refund £725 by The Legal Ombudsman Service but then they even managed to miss the settlement date for the refund by 3 weeks
