We dealt with the Winterbourne office. We have moved overseas and decided to sell our home because we aren't coming back. The ladies we dealt with made it so easy! We expected difficulties due to being overseas, but everything was done online and in super-fast time. We exchanged and completed, money in the bank in just a few weeks. They were on top of it the whole way, constantly updating us, and chasing the buyers soliticitor who was always the one holding up the transaction.
It could not have been any better. We would definitely recommend this business.

I received a very professional service from the Winterbourne office. Any questions or queries were very quickly answered and my solicitor was always available to support. I would recommend this firm to my family and friends.

Really dissapointed with the service. Communication is non existent, which exasperated an already complicated sale. Above all, we called them on completion day to find out the request for mortgage funds had 'gone missing'. A completely disorganised company.

The personal assistance and guidance we were given during the process of drafting the contract was excellent. Considering the level of knowledge and expertise, their fees were very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective clients.
