Awful Appalling Experience!
Complete lack of understanding the conveyancing process and professionalism.
Are not capable of thinking ahead and anticipating problems!
4 months to just realise there needs to be a deed of variation and 8 months to complete on the property!
Agreed a completion date and 3 days prior solicitor was on holiday and PA told me I couldn't complete after I'd already given my notice!
And they are supposed to be representing me and I am paying them for them to put me on the street, while they go home to sleep in their bed sound without a care in the world of what I went through!
Simply shocking!
After all that, due to their ignorance they needed a barrister opinion and charged me an extra £1400 without my consent on top of their extortionate £2800 fee!
Overall simply a joke in every aspect, they care more on their botox/fillers than any of their clients!!!
DO NOT USE please!!
