Gone out of business owing fees to me. Every review is negative. Dominic Cooper still appears to be trading as a solicitor simply now as a sole trader rather than via I E LEGAL.

I approached IE Legal in January 2019 to ask for advice regarding breach of contract by a student property management company who have defaulted in paying rentals on a flat I own. I was charged £120 for advice by their senior solicitor (Mr Cooper) but despite promises to the contrary, have had nothing in writing to describe my options to recover monies owed and safeguard my investment. I have contacted IE Legal on several occasions by email and phone requesting an update but I have been ignored and left completely in the dark. In desperation I asked for the company's complaints procedure so I could launch a formal complaint. This request too has been ignored. I am now considering raising this with the Legal Ombudsman. Everything IE Legal promise on their website (values, customer service, commitment, etc., etc) to attract clients has been proven to be false - at least in my experience. This has been an extremely dissappointing experience for me and I would certainly not recommend this firm of solicitors to anyone. Their inaction (I have no reason to hope that they have even started dealing with my case), has, I believe, put me at a financial disadvantage in that the property management company who owe me several months rental have now gone into administration.
