i have had no problems with this law firm, Ishrit is a top lawyer he will explain everything i have used him for many years i do not believe any bad comments on this page i can only advise that you use his services before making any derogatory statements i think he deserves better then to slay him publicly like this i can only say this is a smear campaign to ruin his good name keep up the good work and i will be using you again in the near future.

£1700 for basic conveyancing, with charge of £250 for additional work as there were elements of transfer of rights of property from inheritors of whom I was one.
Mr Ishrat Khan was professional and provided a very competent and personal service. Work was completed with minimal fuss. Stress levels were as low as possible

I would rate zero stars if I could. My cousin used this mans services in December 2019 he does not have a clue what he is doing and talks utter nonsense. When he is challenged or questioned he then becomes very rude. I agree with all the negative reviews on here & definitely the one about his disgusting responses to reviews , shows how “professional he is” and also the one about slow service.

Oh and a polite notice to any prospective clients .. he keeps referring to “our team of solicitors” and “us” however he is a one man show he has no team. He isn’t even on the panel for most lenders/ banks.. speaks volumes that does! He is slow, rude, doesn’t know what he is doing and I think all of this is clearly reflected by the number of bad reviews he has received. I agree with the latest review about recommending Carvers Solicitors. They are a TEAM of highly qualified, professional solicitors. They respond very quickly and if they can’t They have have a process in place where someone else Will take a message and pass it on to your conveyancer.

Appalling service. Ishrat Khan is a rude and arrogant man You can tell what kind of person he is by reading his replies to his clients who are unsatisfied. He cannot handle criticism and is unprofessional. I used his poor services last year and that was the biggest mistake I made. He is slow, like everyone on here has said. He does not reply when required and overcharges you.

He needs to remember he works for us, he is our solicitor and we are paying him for a service.

So guys all in all AVOID this “solicitor” go to Carvers in Fox & Goose instead. Lovely people and so so so good at that they do!! They treat you with respect and reply in a timely manner each and every time. Highly recommend them.

Very rude service. Takes really long to reply back to correspondence. Charged me an additional £500 still not sure if the bank needed it. Lack of updates from him. Called me 3 weeks later to get me to take down the review. I would look elsewhere for a solicitor; not worth paying a "cheaper price" for this bad service.
