James bloomer lied in the county Court to obtain the eviction of a tenant if ten years .he swore that the property had a gas safety certificate. Which it definitely did not have this is a key safety law that it should be gas tested every 12 months. And eviction is not legal with out one. He also entered the property and damaged my personal property maliciously. And money went missing .I believe him to be a very unscrupulous person.

James Bloomer provided consistently wrong advice and has cost me thousands of pounds in an Leasehold Enfranchisement matter. Claimed to have sent crucial letter to other party which never arrived and oddly neither did my copy. A surprise as he previously stated that no letter had to be sent and of such importance it should have been delivered the 400 yds by hand or registered post.
Refused to attend County Court on my behalf, no doubt in fear of perjuring himself, and I was forced to litigate. His insurers paid out.
I am still facing legal action as a result of his poor advice.
Appalling!! Wouldn't be surprised to hear that he is in prison.

The initial charge quoted seemed fair. The service was terrible. A simple lease extension took 8 months to complete. Multiple and repeated spelling errors in both the correspondence and somewhat amazingly, the legal correspondence. If I could give a negative star I would have - definitely not recommend.
