Dont use this firm if your case is about an allergic reaction. They will take you on straight away, then drop you after they move your case to the solicitors even if your circumstances haven't changed. I gave the call centre operative all the details, then was told they would take me on. I let the restaurant know I had legal representation. As soon as I'd done this, JF Law dropped my case because my allergic reaction didn't last more than four weeks.
Obviously my allergic reaction didn't last more than four weeks because that's not how they work. They're acute and severe, and if you have to go to A&E as I did, you will be given medication that suppresses the symptoms. Communication between call centre and solicitors is not good enough and they should never have taken me on if this is their policy. Really atrocious.

I will not recomand to anyone this company because they are not a seriously company, they steal me. Last Year a have an accident and i dont have any answer about my claim of my injuries but they put me to send them a lot of papers. I work like self employ and i send all the papers i have. I try to call them but they dont answer. I think they keep the money for them.
