absolutely the worst experience of my life - 20 weeks and no progress only to be told the conveyancer has left - Simple sale - no chain and the whole thing collapsed due to the inadequacy of this company - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and being 75 years old I have dealt with a lot of businesses in my lifetime.
They have failed to answer my emails,telephone calls, messages sent through Facebook messenger and messages sent through their website contact form.
They have failed to answer emails sewnt from my buyers solicitor and they have not answered my estate agents emails or there phone calls.
I have been forced to engage the services of another firm of solicitors because of their lack of response and because my buyer will lose his mortgage offer soon.
I have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime and I have never experienced such a bad service.
This company needs investigating by the Legal Ombudsman who I will be contacting

Avoid at all costs if you hope to complete a sale. They don't respond to emails or if they do the replies don't address your queries effectively. Even making an official complaint gets no response. We've had to constantly chase things up and that's when you can get through on the phone. Most days it goes to answerphone and if you leave a message no-one responds.
Search on Google for the newest reviews. Everyone is similar to this review. If I'd seen reviews like this I would have avoided them and my house sale would probably be complete.

The service I have received from JMR has been terrible from start to finish. I have had to chase, escalate and complain daily to get the simplest update or action done. The very simple sale (no chain, cash buyer) is being put at risk because of JMR's delays, unprofessionalism, and total lack of communication. I have complained to the managing partner multiple times with not even an acknowledgement, let alone a resolution.

I have had sleepless nights and experienced significant stress and distress. JMR clearly do not have the staff resource to deal with the workload they are taking on and I am complaining to the ombudsman.

Avoid at all costs - I wish so much that I had gone with another solicitor - I am in a nightmare.
