Never returned important phone calls.
Had my official order for 6 months, never bothered to let me know, tried phoning up numerous of times to find out where it is to be told someone will ring me back but never does.
Lots of hidden charges I wasn't told about, should have been told about ALL charges, for example, charged for traveling to court, petrol, parking, these added up alone to Â£200+ each time. I wonder if the other people who were also at court the same day as me represented by the same solicitor got charged these charges aswell. Overall a bad experience, especially if you have no clue what happens at court, I advice to go somewhere else, wish I could turn back time and change solicitors.
