I was recommended to john kilcoyne. From the first meeting he puts you at total ease. You can tell just how knowledgeable he is. The result was fantastic. He predicted the outcome with accuracy.

I was given a prison sentence. john kilcoyne did my appeal at the high court and got me out of prison on interim liberation. then at the full appeal my prison sentence was changed to community service. cannot thank him enough

Engaged mr john kilcoyne as my lawyer. i was maliciously accused of making a racist remark by 2 members of housing association. this could have seriously threatened my tenancy and my livelihood to teach english to speakers of other languages. It was a difficult case 2 witnesses against me. mr kilcoyne managed to cast sufficent doubt on witnesses testimony resulting in not guilty verdict. highly recommend.

Would very highly recommend John Kilcoyne as he gave us back the ability to breathe normally again after being wrongfully accused of a crime. John provided a high quality service at a very very reasonable cost.

an’t say enough about this man, my daughter was charged and on an 7 day remand going for a fully committal 140 day, her then lawyer advices her to plead guilty and to expect 18 months, my daughter is 24 with a small child and this was her second time ever in trouble, I was at my wits end, I googled best lawyer in Glasgow and up came Mr John Kilcoyne, from the first phone call he made things seem so much better, he went that day to cortorn vale prison to see her, on her court day she was liberated from the cells with no charge to answer, John rip apart the pf’s case before the trail even started, John Kilcoyne deserves to be the best criminal lawyer in Glasgow, he was brilliant, answered all phone calls, didn’t have to chase after him, very reassuring, and puts his clients first, and as a frantic mother worried out my mind about my daughter he was always there to answer any worries and concerns no matter what time of day, I am very thankful for everything he has done for us, John goes above and beyond for his clients.

I was falsely accused of a sexual assault and having never been in trouble with the law before had absolutely no idea who to turn too. I googled who's the best lawyer in Glasgow and John Kilcoyne's name appeared so I called him and asked for his help. He believed me right from the start and reassured me he would do his utmost to prove my innocence in court. Last week, when the case finally came to trial (after an 8 month wait) we sat and listened to the alleged 'victim' tell a pack of lies for well over an hour before John stood up and ripped her evidence apart in under 10 minutes, I didn't even need to give evidence. Found not guilty and it's all thanks to John. The case could've gone either way and I would've gladly taken an acquital but I really wasn't guilty and John proved it in court. If like me, you've found yourself in a 'crisis' situation I gaurantee there's nobody better than John to have on your side, he saved both my reputation and my career and I'll be forever grateful to him for that. Great guy and an absolutely brilliant Lawyer.

Service and representation of John Kilcoyne leaves a lot to be desired... Promised my daughter he would fully fight her corner to stop her ex drug dealer access to son . Even encouraged her to change solicitor as previous was “not assertive enough”. Had cheek to turn up late at important hearing and is never available at office appointments. Due to ignoring all pleas to make contact by telephone has now managed to get my daughter charged with “contempt of court”. Seriously undermined her as vulnerable young women and even had cheek at recent hearing to tell her “plead guilty”. Disgusted at way my daughter has been represented by a leading criminal lawyer don’t expect this man to be remotely available to see or speak with you. I do not rate 1 only cause I had to put one.

My previous lawyer said I would get 5 years for a stabbing i did not do. I changed my lawyer to John Kilcoyne and was found not guilty. It is such a relief.

I have known John kilcoyne for over 10 years. He is the best lawyer out there and has saved me many times. He is brilliant at his job. He is always there for you and you can phone him at any time and get an immediate response. If you need a lawyer go to John.

John kilcoyne criminal lawyer has been my lawyer for 8 years. My friend recommended him. I was up on serious charges last week in front of a jury at Glasgow sheriff court. John done brilliant and I was found not guilty. I was innocent and John proved that. If you are in serious trouble and need a criminal lawyer you can trust John kilcoyne.

i was on a night out and went back to my flat with a girl. the next thing i knew i was accused of rape. i was in a stste of shock i did not know who to turn to. i went to john kilcoyne because of his great reviews and expertise in this area. i was put me at ease immediately and icould tell right away i was in safe hands. After a 14 month wait until the trial in Glasgow High court my judgement paid off when i was acquitted. it was 14 months of hell waiting for the trial but thanks to john and his teams hard work my innocence was proven. if this happens to you i just wanted you to know who to turn to. superb service and arguments in court. highly recommended

John Kilcoyne was recommended to me by a friend.. He took over representation of a relative, with two appearances in court and bail aposed on both occasions, bail was granted both times thanks to John.. was the best recommendation I’ve ever been given..I highly recommend John Kilcoyne will never use another solicitor

Went to John Kilcoyne. Saw his great online reviews. Ex partner made false allegations of domestic abuse. In order to stop me seeing my son. John went to trial excellent in court destroyed witnesses and found not guilty. Excellent outcome.

I went to John Kilcoyne with serious benefits fraud case. I was terrified of prison. John Kilcoyne established money was held in trust. The charges were dropped. I am forever grateful to John Kilcoyne and his team. If you need a criminal lawyer I would choose this firm.

I was recommended John Kilcoyne through another black hackney driver I'm so glad he did. John Kilcoyne is a fantastic lawyer. He helped me in a case against 2 police officers who were lying about me. John caught them out in court. He is a good man and will do everything in his power to get the best result and justice for you. He won my case which I am forever grateful and I can't recommend him highly enough. I will always get John to help me if I need in the future. Neil Kilcoyne was my solicitor for a minor charge. There were 2 defence witnesses to the incident that I was charged with. Mr Kilcoyne agreed that I plead not guilty and sent both my defence witneseses a citation.On the day of my trial. Mr Kilcoyne arrived at the very last minute and without ever having questioned the defence witnesses (both of whom have professional jobs) , advised that I should just plead guilty. He made no case in my defence despite me being wrongly accused and having 2 defence witnesses. Luckily the case was adjourned and following this the case dropped by the PF due to my accuser being deemed unreliable. Had I took his advice I would have a criminal record for something I did not do. It appeared to me on the day of my trial he wanted a quick resolution as was extremely busy. Furthermore he was not familiar with the case and had not prepared by interviewing my witnesses prior to the trial date which he had stated he would do. I would definately never use this solicitor again.

“Mr. Neil Kilcoyne has been my lawyer since 1999. I have got off with all trials that he has acted for me in. Most recently I was charged with assault to severe injury and permanent disfigurement and I was found not guilty by a unanimous verdict of the jury. He seems to always be a step ahead of the rest.”

“I was charged with 2 sexual assaults. There was three witnesses against me and I had no witnesses myself. It was complete lies and I was having sleepless nights. This type of conviction would have ruined my entire life. Mr. Kilcoyne was very sympathetic towards me. He spent over an hour with me going through every little detail of the case. When that case went to trial I was delighted after the first day. He did such a professional job of exposing the lies. I knew then I had the best lawyer I could have hoped for. I was found not guilty and feel such a weight has been lifted. I would recommend Mr. Kilcoyne to anyone.”

“My original lawyer told me to plead guilty as I could not get off. I transferred my case to Mr. Kilcoyne. When he read my file he told me that the prosecution had problems and I should go to trial. The trial lasted two days and I got off on all three charges on some legal point. I am delighted I contacted him.”
