When you register with them, you get email spiel about how busy they are, working on our behalf and the implication is not to ring them up too much, as you are interrupting them. So, left them alone for 5 weeks (I was not in a chain) - got nothing and found that they only action something when you chase. This happened repeatedly.
Sadly, communication was poor & any concerns about customer service satisfaction are minimal.
I'm about to sell another property and will not be using Kiteleys again - which tells you all, really.

Agree sent them details of work to be done, didn’t hear back, left it a week still didn’t get any notification they received it and what else was needed. In the end I work through it with land registry and done it myself, saved hundreds more possibly 2k, just for the price of printing ink and cost of special delivery and a bit of time filling out the forms.
