This company is actually fraudulent, I contacted them in regards to helping with purchasing a new property but unfortunately the owners pulled out and less than 24hrs after I made the initial payment of £250 I contacted them that we can’t go ahead with the purchase, law lane refuse to refund my money. After several emails they eventually said they will only refund part of the money as they have started searches, I asked for proof of searches in which they could not provide and after asking me for my bank details and my bank statement in the hope they will refund my money back, this idiots sent the money to my husband’s bank account in which I never gave them in the first place but they must have taken this out from the documents I initially sent them for verification of identity. I am so furious, they are unprofessional, fraudulent and incompetent in this company, I am so outraged by this work, if you have better options please use them. Time wasters with fraudulent activity going on with them, desperate to take peoples money and not considering the effect it would have.

Would not recommend. Unprofessional service, unresponsive to emails and made to feel like we were being intentionally delayed in our conveyancing with unnecessary and incompetent queries that had no legal basis. Lack of professionalism and competence forced us to move solicitors midway through.

Will not consider this firm again. They fobbed me off to a barrister called Kashmala Khaan who took over my immigration case. Not happy with her performance and received a poor result.
