Worked with Claire and her team at the St Neots office but due to COVID everything was done remotely through email. The process was smooth considering the unusual times in which to sell a property! I received regular emails and updates and the team were responsive to my questions. The price given was very fair and I was happy with the service provided by Leeds Day.

We received an excellent conveyancing service from Mrs Claire Clark. The sale of our home was handled professionally and all matters arising were dealt with promptly. We had not moved for 27 years and there were a number of things/processes/requirements which needed explanation and this was given fully in a manner that was easily understood. I would not hesitate in using Leeds Day and in particular Mrs Clark again.

Claire Clark and Alison Mannas at St Neots branch looked after my sale and purchase, which completed in December. Despite others in the chain proving difficult and at times slow, Claire and Alison continued to try and push things along. Any advice provided was clear, concise and easy to understand and I certainly would recommend the team at St Neots to friends and family and would have every confidence in their delivery.

The service was extremely good. We were dealt with promptly, efficiently by helpful and courteous people who kept us well informed all the way. We were given a list of the charges for this service and there were no hidden extras so we felt that we could ask about anything which we didn't understand. We would certainly recommend this company to others and would use them again should it be necessary.

Professional, helpful and efficient from start too finish. Reasonably priced, yes you can get cheaper but I suspect cheaper is not always best.
Easy too deal with, people on hand too take our calls as and when necessary and worked efficiently with our sellers solicitor too keep things moving forward.
Ideally located close to our home for collecting paperwork and popping in too sign documents. We would definately recommend and use them again.

I thoroughly recommend Leeds Day who have handled the purchase and sale of my properties for many years and also just recently. The service provided is professional, courteous, friendly and efficient, I have absolutely no complaints. I have found their charges to be competitive.

Professional and friendly service from Claire, Sharon and the team during the sale and purchase of two properties. Communication is a key part in these dealings and we felt we were always kept in touch with what was happening and that was much appreciated. Took a lot of the stress out of what has been a very successful move.

We had a long drawn out conveyancing process, dealing with conservation issues on a Grade II property. Throughout the team at LeedsDay were professional, organised, as well as long-suffering!. At each point in the process, when a detail was resolved, Leeds Day responded quickly to move the conveyancing process forward. Thanks.

We contacted by email 16 solicitors asking if they handled equity release only one had the courtesy to answer that they didn’t!
However Clare Clarke replied straight away to say she would like to represent us. We found her very efficient , keeping us uptodated on the progression etc The whole process was quickly resolved and at a fixed cost that was to be expected for this work. Therefore if you are considering equality realease we would advise you to use Leeds Day and not bother to look else where.

Leeds Day have helped me both buy and sell a property and on both occasions all the staff were very helpful and didn't mind me asking 'silly' questions. There was a lot of necessary paperwork but I was able to sort my way through it. Not only was information sent by email but also by post, making it easier to read and digest and they were always ready to help by phone. They stuck by their estimation of costs with no hidden extras. I would definitely recommend them.

Very good service with regular updates. All paperwork clear and understandable. Price seemed very fair but more to the point, there were no hidden/additional charges that weren’t fully explained ie local searches etc. Very personable staff.

I was referred to Claire and the team by a family member.

It was a referral well received and the service and professionalism was first class.

My purchase took longer than expected however this was not due to Alison at Leeds Day- all conveyancing was completed within the original timelines.

I will use their services again should I move, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a conveyancer.

Leeds Day staff are always commited and very professional to their jobs. An answer to queries is given with knowledge and cheerfulness. The service is better there than other companies used in the past. Leeds Day gives the confidence to clients when it is much needed.
