An Adjudicator decided to grant Stephen Charles Pickard a practising certificate for the practice year 2015/2016 subject to the following conditions:



In the event that Stephen Charles Pickard wishes to become a manager or owner of an authorised body, he is required to make an application to the Solicitors Regulation Authority for advance approval of the roles.

Stephen Charles Pickard is not permitted to undertake any work relating to investment schemes.

Stephen Charles Pickard shall immediately inform any actual or prospective employer of these conditions and the reasons for their imposition.





Reasons/basisThe above conditions are considered to be necessary in the public interest and reasonable and proportionate having regard to the purposes set out in Regulation 7 of the SRA Practising Regulations 2011 and the regulatory objectives and principles governing regulatory activities as contained in section 28 of the Legal Services Act 2007.
