We had to chase for updates, nothing was provided by our lawyer without our prompting. At outset our lawyer told us we’d receive a super-slick service to justify additional fees over other conveyancing firms yet our view is this is not the case

This firm overcharges. When challenged about a very high number of emails and phone calls, they reduced the fee, however they did not fulfil the requirement of the job, leaving me to contact the court myself! They have been more aggressive chasing me for a few hundred pounds than they ever were when acting for me against the other side. Very disappointing.

I do quite a lot of business with the company and I am always happy with their service and reasonable costs involved, I am always kept well informed ,and the staff members I have dealt with have always been very professional and easy to deal with, I would particularly like to thank Sarah Sargent and Tom Chadwick for there expertise during conveyancing matters

I thought I would be dealing with a non biased lawful solicitor but it turns out they were biased but still willing to take the money and run. Ex social worker was only prepared to listen to ex colleagues and not their client
