Lynn Murray & Co acted for me in the sale of my large London house. Her fees were fair and I found her to be extremely approachable, efficient, and communicative.
Ms Murray dealt with some difficult negotiations with the buyers solicitor with grace and firmness, which led to a successful outcome for all.
I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Lynnn Murray acted for me on a property tranaction, that was very challenging. Influencing substantial third party financial institutions to act on tight deadlines was taxing , and Lynn Murray proved to be most persistent,when it mattered. Through, going the extra mile she obtained great results !.

If you need a no nonsence approach - use her services.

Lynn has done the conveyancing for several properties and I have found her extremely efficient and always on the end of the phone or email if I have a problem or a question relating to the work.

I have used Lynn several times in the past 7 years and she is less expensive than other companies in London.

I would strongly recommend her practice.

Lynn has done the conveyancing for several properties and I have found her approachable, efficient and very practical.
Less expensive than her London counterparts, she has given us better service too.

Excellent service provided by Lynn and her team. Very responsive to ad hoc requests and a good speed of turnaround. A genuinely personal service - whay can't all solicitors be like this? Lynn was recommended to us and we'd in turn highly recommend her.

Lynn carried out some work relating to a commercial lease for me - she advised on the drafting of a declaration of trust and she carried acted for me in respect of a lease transfer. I found her service to be professional and thorough at all times but she was still always friendly and personable. Always easy to get hold of and if she was ever away from her desk her secretary could normally help or Lynn would call back quickly!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lynn and will certainly be using her again in the future!!

Best solicitor we have ever used. Honest, reasonably priced and knowledgable (local knowledge and legal knowledge). In the past we have had to phone solicitors daily to chase them to do their job properly - Lynn Murray on the contrary call us daily to keep us informed. Excellent use of media - only too glad to use phone, fax, email etc to ensure nothing is ever delayed. Would HIGHLY recommend to everyone.

It's said that moving house is one of the most stressful events we encounter during our lives, but thanks to Ruth O'Mahoney at Lynn Murray, it was far from that. She supported me through the whole process, and was terrier-like in her determination to exchange contracts and complete the sales on time. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody wishing an excellent conveyancing solicitor.
