Over the past year, Macdonald Henderson has provided an outstanding service to both PPD Enterprises Limited and NUB Engineering Limited. Without the assistance and determination of both David Beveridge and his team at Macdonald Henderson, the change of banks would probably not only have been much less smooth but may never have happened at all.
The professionalism and expertise throughout the negotiations and closure, has assisted us in being able to move forward with piece of mind that all matters have been attended to diligently and on a timely basis.
We would have no hesitation in recommending both David and Macdonald Henderson and look forward to continuing to work with them

I am a new client in a start up business and find the legal processes quite daunting. David and his team have given me huge confidence and have spent time and patience with me. I have always felt very welcome and at ease in their offices and am now prepared to move forward in a positive and professional manner

Having built my office equipment business over a period of years, I decided to sell the company. Once the decision was made, I then had to decide who would look after the legal aspects of the agreement. Having looked around, I decided to use Macdonald Henderson and David Beveridge to look after my interests. Having not been involved in board room meetings and multi million pound deals before, I was delighted to have David by my side and totally relied on his expertise and professionalism to get the deal concluded
