Used Mander Cruickshank to sell my house based on the reviews. I wasn't disappointed! Excellent service from beginning to end. Friendly staff who if they were unable to take my call would call back. Excellent service, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Conveyancing firm!

Had a very tricky eviction resolved by this gem of a law firm. Charles handled the whole process with great professionalism from start to finish. I cannot fault Mander Cruikshank for their tenant eviction service and will happily recommend them to anyone I know who need to evict a problem tenant ! Well done Charles you deserve a pay rise !!!

Recently used Mander Cruickshank to assist in the eviction of a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 9 months. I’m please to say I had a great experience and cannot fault Mr Anderson for his knowledge and experience and believe that he honestly went the extra mile for me. Well done and I will most certainly use your services again and recommend you to all I know.

Very pleased that I used mc solicitors to deal with a landlord issue. I received excellent advice and guidance from Charles that was very reassuring and reduced stress levels when dealing with a difficult matter. The end result was the best possible outcome. Charges were competitive and was good value for money. I would recommend MC solicitors without reservation and would definitely use them again

I would not recommend this firm for property. Not at all client focussed and not capable of carrying out an unbiased review of a compliant. The firm is not what it seems to be, at least that was my experience. I thought i had a solicitor working on my case, but it turned out to be a paralegal. I raised a complaint about teh standard of the service and it was handled badly, in my view. It is now with the Ombudsman. My first complaint in 53 years of life, but i feel really let down on a stressful case and wanted to warn others and get MS to reflect. Open your eyes on who you instruct

We are obviously disappointed that you have posted this review. Our firm operates a clear and transparent approach with every single staff member featuring on the website with full details regarding their position and qualifications. At the start of each case our client care letter details who will deal with the case, their qualification, and who will assist or supervise them. Your complaint was handled in line with our complaints procedure and was dealt with by a Senior Partner. We would always suggest that people know who they are instructing - although we have no control over whether clients read the letters we send to them or not, so i am not sure what more we could have done.

On two occasions our family has used the service provided by Paul and the team.
On both occasions the service was exemplary, being professional, sympathetic, thorough and knowledgable.... I cannot praise the firm enough and have no hesitation in recommending them.
I would also say that there price structure is simple, competitive and clear from the outset....
Simply put they have the kind of the “does what it says on the tin” attitude that is so valuable in difficult circumstances.

The service level offered at Mander Cruickshank is unmatched. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, professional yet warm and efficient.
Even during stressful times they are able to reassure and effectively communicate with you keeping you up to date through out.

I was well pleased with the result of 5 penalty points. I had been to get advice from other people and was told that as i was an HGV driver and i caused significant damage i would get far more. Really helpful, quick, and did not cost as much as other people quoted.

Paul Tubb is by far the best advocate available in the area for criminal or road traffic matters. A detailed, methodical approach, he was thanked by the Judge for his helpful and comprehensive input, and it got me the result that i wanted (deserved).

Sue Pendleton has helped me with my last 3 house moves and now she is at MC she is helping me on my fourth. Sue is very efficient, gives great advice and always managed to keep me calm and level headed at one of the most stressful times. Now she is based in Coalville I don't have to travel miles to see her whcih is an added bonus. I highly recommend Sue, you know you'll be in safe hands from start to finish.

Seriously the worst solicitors we have ever used. Partners are all incompetent and do not respond to complaints. Who does that in this state and age.
Made an elderly lady cry on many occasions and didn't care how they treated people/clients. Egos too big.
They do not care about clients. Do not know what they are doing.
DO NOT USE.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What a mare! Don't use these ever ! Very slow and made the whole process very stressful, didnt get the keys to my new house until 4:30pm due to hold up of money transfers of, didnt finish moving house until 10pm and people buying ours was trying to move in as we were moving out! had to chase the solicitor more than 10 times, feedback was awful, avoid Mander Cruickshank like the plague, my e,using mortgage payment wasn't made either I had to chase yet again.

Can't get past a rather rude receptionist. Your home is at risk if you do not get through to or hear from your solicitor, never mind being at risk if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage!

I thought i was going to lose my licence but Paul Tubb made a fantastic exceptional hardship argument before the Court and i now am driving around with 16 penalty points. He was amazing. Highly recommend him.

This firm came highly recommended to me and they are handling my house purchase really well. Iʼm happy that a senior partner is handling the conveyancing and yet still the cost is lower than other local firms.
