On Boxing Day 2017 our late Auntie sadly passed away. Here we are at the start of 2023 and Maxwell Hodge have yet to finalise her Last Will and Testament. Our case has been passed between 3 internal solicitors spread across 3 branches (first with the branch in Heswall, then to Huyton and then on to West Kirby).
Over 5 years, Maxwell Hodge have shown unimaginable levels of incompetence, an inability to keep us accurately updated on progress and a complete lack of urgency in bringing this matter to a close. It pains me that the lowest rating I can give is 1 star (a zero would be more suitable). Based on the service we have received, I would NEVER recommend this firm to anyone. They have made a right Maxwell Hodge-podge of our case, don't give them the chance to do it to yours.
