Personally and in my opinion I found my dealings with McNamara Ryan to be an unnecessarily stressful and an unpleasant experience. Would not recommend to friends or family.

I contracted this firm to conduct a title transfer for a new mortgage. The work was completed in 6 weeks but the cost estimating was appalling, resulting in a bill the date before completion that was over 70% higher than the estimated. I would advise against using this firm or working with them on a fixed price basis.
