I would give no stars if possible. Mr Mohabirs is incredibly rude, condescending, and generally awful to deal with. I have no idea what his problem is, but he is really and truly terrible.
We would not recommend at all.

I have used Mohabirs for conveyancing for three different family sales and purchases. over several years. I have been very happy with the communication and expertise. I can recommend their conveyancing services.

Awful service from Mohabirs in relation to a house sale, the whole chain almost collapsed several times due to Mr Mohabirs incompetence and inaction. He was incredibly rude to all concerned in the sale and was caught out being dishonest about sending and receiving documents.

What should have been a very simple property transaction (no chain, cash buyer) turned into a 6 month marathon. Chris appeared unable and/or unwilling to do anything to facilitate a successful transaction and it was only the estate agent's efforts that saved the whole process from failure. The price had to be reduced to compensate for the delays, lack of information, incorrect information, etc.
I wouldn't go near them again.
