Very disappointing. I was a first time buyer purchasing a vacant property so no chain but took over 12 weeks to complete. It took me 6 weeks to even speak to my solicitor as she was always unavailable and no progress was made in this time. Never returned calls or responded to voicemails. I tried to complain as per their written complaints procedure and was told all correspondence should be made with my solicitor directly which went against their complaints procedure. Very unprofessional.
