NO communication, No support or advice for client as soon as legal aid was granted. Ignored all calls, messages and emails so NO SIAMA RAFIQ was not approachable and transparent as stated on the website. False promises were made and again did not show up to planned visits. No preparations were made for trail as kept being told "I am still waiting for the information" numerous times. Did not show up to support client on trail day. Would NOT RECCOMEND THIS SOLISITOR!!
