My advice to anyone thinking of using this company- don't!

What an absolute shambles. 6 months of pure stress to complete a vacant possession bungalow sale.

Our Solicitor, and apparently also the Director, didn't respond to emails, phone calls or left messages without constant pressure from myself. The information she did impart was given too late, causing significant delays in completing. I had to send the same documents over again and again as they don't appear to have a filing system that stores said documents. The amount of money I had to spend on recorded delivery was ridiculous, and none of it was reimbursed even though these extra costs were caused by their incompetence.

Every day there would be a new battle to face with them, and it became that ridiculous that in the end, I ended up liaising with the buyer and their Solicitor directly to get what they needed in order to complete the sale.

My overall opinion of N Legal? Useless, unprofessional and rude. Stay clear, it's just not worth the stress!

had completion needed doing she never got back to my emails and calls totatlly unresponsive worst solicitor she needs to be struck off she is a pathetic excuse of a solicitor i couldve done a better job. service disappointing and i am disheartened by the process the stress levels she cause me and family were immense but she disregarded it all for money

Poor service. Tried to charge for an already paid auction pack. They attached the receipted bill to their email as proof. Sent 3 emails requesting my mothers death certificate the day after she signed the draft contract. Held on to funds for 3 days after completion.

Buying a house is a labourous task, N legal make it even more so Moneysaving expert helped me more than this lot. Poor service, emails were sent for forms to be completed with little help on what was needed from me. They never explained their reasons behind why things were needed and why I had to keep paying them for additional work. I had to request quotes for work they completed, they were a complete rip off with their help to buy ISA charge of £300 inc VAT which was never mentioned until the week of completion. When question they never knew even though this was raised in the original forms for payment at the start of the process. I had to chase them for my funds to be sent out, which they kept money from claiming it was not paid even though I had paid the charges and they have double billed and I am still waiting on this to be resolved and they are not replying to any emails. I would definitely avoid this company.

I used NLegal for Conveyancing and What A Mistake !! Constantly having to Chase , Very slow on returning Phone calls or emails , Incorrect Charges , Holding onto funds , Moving House is extremely Stressful and NLegal made mine the most Stressful lonely experience I’ve ever had in my life ! NEVER AGAIN .
