If I could give minus stars I would, I have for the past 2 years been chasing these people to actually get their finger out to deal with my claim. Every time they say they are going to do anything, I call back in a few weeks time to find out nothing has been done, the person dealing with the case has either left the company, gone on holiday, off ill for 6 months, moved to a different team, been in a car accident (yes I have been told that one too) or any other imaginable excuse you can think of. And with each excuse I am given, I have to wait a few months before I am assigned another case manager, and even then I have to keep calling them to actually speak to this magical new case manager and find out their name and get them to actually do something.

They dont answer emails or messages on the platform they give you either, so that's a complete waste of time.

I have had over 6 different case managers, 1 case manager has actually left the company 3 times apparently but they magically reappear again...they arnt even real lawyers but trainee paralegals who clearly have the slightest clue what they are doing.

Honestly, my case was a simple one and should have been done and dusted in a year...we are now at the 2 year mark and once again my case manager, who has already supposedly left the company 3 times already, is off work ill again, hasnt done what they said they were going to do 3 weeks ago and nobody knows whats going on with my claim....They are a complete joke...I'm tempted to drive down there and just do the job myself, as they clearly are completely incompetent at the basic of tasks...I have complained to National Injury Specialists and am waiting to hear if I can take this to a different law firm...I dont plan to spend the next few years of my life chasing up these jokers

      Dear Mr Zumwalt,

We are sorry to read of your negative experience with National Law Associates LLP trading as National Law Partners.

Please note that this is not our firm and we have no connection to them.

Could you therefore kindly remove your review which should be posted on the appropriate page on this site which relates to the other firm.

This would be most appreciated as we have nothing to do with this matter whatsoever.

For the avoidance of any doubt, we are National Law Partners Limited and we trade as Gregory Abrams Davidson Solicitors - www.gadlegal.co.uk

Confusingly, there firm who you dealt with elected to use the trading name "National Law Partners" despite our requests not to do so given the obvious conflict with our own Company name which preceeded their election. This has caused a number of instances of confusion, including yours.

      Their website is https://www.national-law-partners.co.uk/

      Many thanks in advance.

Awful took nearly a year, and they did nothing they appear only willing to fight the case if the other party admits responsibility straight away

      Dear Mr Philpots.

We are not aware of your personal circumstances, nor which member of the team you spoke to about your case, nor do we know the details or relative merits of your case.

What we would point out, however, is that all cases such as yours are handled on a "No Win No Fee" basis, under what is known as a Conditional Fee Arrangement. To explain, this arrangement means that as a firm we take a risk when we take on a client's case. Where there is an early admission, this usually ensures a swifter resolution. If this does not happen the case takes a great deal longer to conclude.

Although this is pure speculation, it might have been that the solicitor with whom you discussed your case did not believe that there was sufficient strength to justify our firm getting involved and sharing your risk on a No Win No Fee basis (unless you elected to cover our costs privately). The message relayed to you might have been that we would need an early admission in order to justify our involvement.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the outcome of your initial discussion with our firm and that you have elected to publicise this brief interaction with our firm on this site, but we trust that this provides sufficient explanation.

You may have received different advice from another solicitor in the meantime.

We pride ourselves on our client care and expertise in the areas in which we practice. This should be apparent by virtue of the fact that we are responding to you on this public forum.

We would also be happy to discuss this matter privately, if there remain any questions or comment on your part.

If so, please be in touch again.
