I applied for a family visa through this company to reunite with my family after coming here from Europe on a visitor visa.

I paid upforont all my visa processing money including the solicitors fee worth of £600 pound , I paid Totall money worth of £3,212.

What happened next was a terrible scenario. The Solicitor, who was probably an alcoholic, had thrown my documents away somewhere and couldn't find them.

I lost almost 1 year and 4 months, Finally, I had to contact the immigration department and terminate them as my solicitors, and finally they sent me all my documents and told me that your solicitor submitted your visa late and with incomplete documents and also the fee was not paid and that is the reason why we rejected your case, so you have to reapply. not only that, but it was difficult for them to pay me back all my money.

My Solicitor, on the other hand, worked for other companies and seemed disorganized, unprofessional and stressed. I took matters into my own hands, filed a lawsuit against them and pursued them by any means possible to get my money back. Finally, after one year and four months, they paid me back my money.

But the scars remain with me, I was accused by the immigration authorities of being in the UK without a valid permit all this time and my visitor visa had expired before that. Therefore, We have granted you a 10-year Partner in accordance with paragraph R-LTRP.1.1.(b) and (d) of Annex FM.

This is a company that claims to be professional but acts unprofessionally, so I advise everyone not to do business with this company. This is not a fabricated lie, but an experience I had with them.

I was very impressed with the level of service that I received. I was always kept up to date with the progress of my transaction. I would highly recommend this firm.
