Always reachable very quick responses via email. Really helped get the sale of our property moved quickly and efficiently. Fees were great, as not over priced but get 100% service. Highly recommend Owen White & Catlin.

The service from the outset was exceptional and Gwen was sympathetic to all our needs , she was very patient and answered all our queries promptly. Our house move was not with out its problems but Gwen always put our mind at ease whenever a problem arose .

The service was excellent, Gwen and her secretary Yvonne were very friendly and professional. Unlike some solicitors they were always available and responded quickly. I thought the price was very fair and I would certainly recommend them to others.

I just wanted to say a huge thank-you to Gwen Yanting-Li, for the support with the purchase of my house. I have been through the conveyancing process a few times before over the years and this was by far the best service I have ever received.. Given that we have had major set backs because of covid lockdowns. I found the price to be fair and most importantly for me I was able to complete my cash purchase within 5 weeks, because I had no chain and the sellers solicitor was responsive. I know this is not always possible!. Gwen and her secretary Yvonne, have been friendly, responsive to emails and efficient throughout.
Well done OWC you have a great team. I highly recommend Gwen Yanting-Li and OWC solicitors

This is a fraudulent con for vulnerable people who are ripped off by this company. There charges are extortion as you are charged for work they do not actually do.......Stay clear of this band of con-merchants.
