I was anxious about discussing my affairs. However, it became clear quickly that my anxieties were unfounded. I felt comfortable during our discussions. My problems were listened to. I was treated as an individual.

Failed in a number of areas, firstly, Missed the opportunity to negotiate and settle claim, further negligently failed to represent me in my defence and counterclaim, failed to instruct Counsel and failed to advise on cost.

Whitewashed my complaint.

My negligence claim was notified to Pardoes professional indemnity insurers and passed to Bond Pearce LLP.

Bond Pearce tried to have my claim struck out, l had gone on holiday and notified the courts and Bond Pearce that l was on Holiday and travelling in Europe, Bond Pearce sent me letters knowing l could not possibly reply, and applied to have the claim struck out on the grounds l had not replied to their letters so l was not bothered or incompetent, the Judge said about Pardoes ' its negligence' Bond Pearce asked for my claim to be resubmitted as alleged it was difficult to follow? ' Bond Pearce barrister admitted.outside the court room l had been kicked in the groin.

The whole experience left me traumatised and broken and bankrupt, Pardoes kept my fees and abandoned me, l was a client and expected to be treated fairly and respected.

Please contact me for further clarification on any of the issues mentioned.

Based on my experience l would not recommend.

A truly awful experience that has taken years off my life. If anyone is considering using Pardoes, please steer well clear. They failed in every way possible. I did not realise a solicitor could be so bad until I used Pardoes, but they have taught me a very difficult lesson in life. I made a huge mistake using this firm, and I will be so much more careful in choosing a solicitor next time. Please vet your solicitor thoroughly before taking them on, and treat any advertising PR with a lorry load of salt.

Truly awful experience with this solicitors. It appears that there is no communication within the office; staff seem to be constantly off sick or on holiday. Very poor client service. They agreed to a free of charge consult, which they then charged for afterwards. Wrong figures sent out in important documents, even after drafting had been corrected. I don't have enough time to list their multiple errors and this rating would not allow me to post with 0 stars, so have had to enter a single star which they do not deserve!. Clearly are not capable of dealing with any cases that are not simple and straightforward. Would have absolutely no confidence in recommending their services to anybody.

I have used Pardoes previously and found them slow and below average for what should have been routine conveyancing work.
I contacted them again recently by phone and spend 20 minuted explaining the problem I was having with a tenanted property. They failed to return the call or send me any details of how to instruct them. I followed this up with an email and still no response. Totally unprofessional. Would not use again. Unable to give no stars in rating.

Happy to see me for free consultation, verbally agree cost of £250 for work, only to receive the draft and increased estimate of c£500, then followed up by suggesting a fixed cost of £600 to undertake work. No thanks.
Get invoice for the free consultation and draft template totalling £400.
Shocking.
