We received a letter from this company which wasn.t clear. I called for some clarification and the person who answered was extremely and shockingly rude. I have thankfully not come across this level of abruptness and inconsideration for a general inquiry. Even if they were not able to help, for which I was not asking but merely to explain their very unclear correspondence I would not expect to be treated it such an impolite manner.
