The level of incompetence just unbelievable. No response to emails or phone calls, no updates, constant excuses. It's been 8 months now and there is still no evident progress on our apartment sale, no exchange of contracts, no completion yet. The level of stress is just unbearable anymore, not even talking about financial loss we experience monthly. There is one week left until our buyer's mortgage offer expires and we have just now received un update from the buyer's solicitor stating that exchange is not possible within a week. Looks like completion is doomed.

I have today completed on the purchase of my second home and can not put into words how thankful I am for the services received by this firm. My solicitor was Amina Khatun, who worked tirelessly to get my purchase through. Amina was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She has an impeccable work ethic, with great communication throughout, super efficiency, productivity and professionalism. I honestly can not express how happy and grateful I am for her help with this. I would highly recommend Amina to others who are wanting the best in the business.
