They let non nhs claims and nhs child injury claims through, but most nhs claims they defend without you knowing and make you believe you have no case. Stay away! All failed nhs cases that pryers dropped need re opening

If you take your nhs case here you may as well take your case straight to the legal department at the nhs and ask them to do it for you. They work hand in pocket with the nhs.

Told me I didn’t have a case after months of working on it. Left me with no limitation and no way of getting insurance a second time. Terrible service

Ignore the fake upvoted comments. DO NOT USE THIS SOLICITOR FOR NHS CLAIMS.
They will run your case for a year to use up your cfa money and at the end of the year will make you believe there's no case to bring a claim. (usually with suspicious evidence to lead you to believe theres no case)

We’re sorry to hear that you are unhappy about the experience you had with us. We always try our best for our clients, but occasionally evidence transpires which prevents us from being able to continue with a claim.
We do not make any profit from the Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) if we have to close a file.
Please email us at feedback@pryers.co.uk if you feel like anything has not been fully explained, as we strive to ensure that our clients are fully informed every step of the way.

avoid this solicitor, they dealt with my claim and had said after 1 year that my claim can not be pursued further as they was no breach of duty of care from my GP, but when I went to a different solicitor they said there was negligence, although it was a no win no fee they had to put it down as a conditional fee agreement, which meant I would have to pay court fees and medical record fees. Only the first time you apply for no win no fee it will cover everything, so I lost out because of this firm, I had to close my case as I could not afford court fees. Avoid this firm and choose a better solicitor.

The solicitors here are time wasters and very lazy. I lost my 10 year old at King's college hospital in London due to medical negligence spanning over 6 years, pryers solicitors took on the case in 2017 and made me believe my case would be taken care of and I was made to sign documents preventing me from contacting other solicitors, after almost a year, I was told they couldn't take my case to court leaving in a tight corner as I now have only few months left to bring the hospital to justice. I would not recommend this firm if you really need justice, they are lazy, incompetent and time wasting idiots. Very very disappointed!

What an absolute waste of time!! I have been mis represented, ill advised and scammed!
I went to Pryers after a work related injury in 2009 and only now (nearly FIVE YEARS LATER) am getting an offer. I lost my home, and to move, had a knee replaced, lost thousands of pounds and was unfairly treated, bullied into admitting part liability, by Pryers Solicitors LLP. They would not forward info to me and I was not advised on action from the other party. They are MORE THAN USELESS, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
