Horrendous AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! I contacted a company called TRUSTEDCAVITYCLAIMS.COM as I had problems arising from my cavity wall insulation. I was told that an average claim was £28,000 and the damage would also be fixed for free. I was also told the claim would take 3-6 months. I was passed from them to PURE LEGAL LTD. Fast forward 2 years and 7 months and its been nothing but stress. Constant lies, delays and it is costing thousands. I am stuck in a contract with them and have been unable to sell my house for the last year and a half. This has contributed to my divorce, financial hardship and 2 years of sleepless nights and stress. I have written official complaints to them and they have responded telling me that if I want to drop the case, I will be left with the £6000 bill. They have taken 2 years and 7 months and they are yet to start any sort of court proceedings. This service is a horrendous!!!!!! I made a claim for a data breach with my online savings account. I started the claim on their website claimyourdatabreach.co.uk and I can say this company was excellent, they did not bombard me with phone calls or emails. They sorted everything out, I know there are a few bad reviews, but it seems they have sorted things out.

Took claim out 3 years ago. Pure Legal have done nothing but drag their heels. Now they tell me it has gone past the date of the claim as they havent actually put it in yet. What a joke!!!
Repeatingly asking me questions I answered 3 years ago. The case manager changed a couple of times. Ended up with KM . She was useless . When you called her she has a done like she cant be bothered. She doesn't know what she is doing.
I think it's an insurance scam as signed for something a few years ago. This company is a joke. Stay away from them. They have not won a case yet. Total bunch of time wasters and should be closed down or investigated as SCAM ARTISTS!!!!
