A police officer's car crashed into a Toyota Auris, and our client got a vehicle damage claim. He says that "I am the owner of a Toyota Auris that was being driven by my driver, and when set off to perform a turn on to Bodmin Road, an officer driving a police car approached from behind, He breached the duty of care and failed to apply breaks on time, consequently colliding with my vehicle and causing heavy collision damage to the right-hand side.
My car's right side was completely damaged; even the dashboard The steering wheel on the right side was completely destroyed. We luckily I survived at that time, all of the sudden, I was in complete shock.
I was worried about how I could get my losses from the police, but I was referred to QC Law, and they got my car's report of the damages and got information about how it happened, and then they filed my case on my behalf. They were promising, as their customer service was great; they responded on time to each and every query. My car was a total loss; they got my car compensation from the third-party insurance
company, which was £12,375.00.
They dealt with my case on a no-win, no-fee basis, and I got the
maximum compensation for my losses as they promised, thanks to QC Law,
which made it possible for me to recover my losses from the police.

I was driving correctly down the main road when the Mercedes-Benz approached from behind, failed to maintain a safe distance, and collided with the back of my car. I was completely struck by a huge shock. I had tinnitus, and I was blank about what had just happened, and then I felt swear pain in my neck as I had lost control of myself due to collusion. Then I noticed that my car had been completely damaged in a collision, including the rear bumper, trunk, and side panels, as well as the rear tyre and axle. It was a disaster.
After the collision, I also experienced pain in my right shoulder and lower back, and I was so terrified of travelling that I had to see a psychiatric specialist as well as a physiotherapist. I was concerned that I might face an extensive number of charges as a result of my medical recovery, but I was referred to a QC Law solicitor for my injuries and my car claim. They took all of my medical records and then filed claims for my personal injury and vehicle damage. My car was completely destroyed, and I received £3,440.00 for my car loss.
The most important thing is that I got a rental car for my daily routines while they were claiming my vehicle damage case, and I didn't pay for that car because the QC Law team recovered my losses from a third-party insurance company. I received £1,300.00 for my physical recovery, which covered all of my medical bills and medication."

I had a terrible experience in July 2022, when I was hit by a car and suffered serious injuries. My car and phone were damaged as well, leading to a lot of expenses. After recovering, I contacted QC Law Solicitors for help and I am glad I did. They offered me no win no fee case proceedings and closed the case quickly. I was happy to get compensation for my losses.

Excellent communication skills, a clear knowledge of the situation, and a solution
that was properly targeted to my needs They assisted me in a vehicle accident
