The sale of my late mother’s property was done in a business like and respectful manner. I was kept up to date with all developments and the sale was completed in a professional way. All the staff I dealt with were very approachable and friendly and answered all the questions I asked when I wasn’t sure of anything.

Long & arduous journey but got there eventually after 7 months with JD & Victoria professional approach
Strange but used JD when purchasing our 1st house in 1978 with JD from l think Blandford Street Sunderland

Thankyou for your prompt and helpful service. It was very gratifying to know that either Mrs Shearsmith or one of her staff were available to offer polite and helpful advice. It is just unfortunate that circumstances prevented the sale of the property at that time.

The service was to provide joint mirror wills for myself and my wife. Arranging appointments at a time and location to suit was easy and the staff were friendly throughout. Mr Roger guided us through the process and the options available both comprehensively and in a relaxed informal manner reducing the apprehension of the meeting. We would not have any hesitation in recommending your services to others.
